What is Visual Content?

Visual content is anything that is visual. Visual content comes in the form of social media posts, banners, cover photos, infographics, ads.

What social media accounts can I schedule and publish to?

Once you have completed your content creation, you can post it directly or schedule it for later from the application to your Facebook Pages or Twitter Accounts.

Do I need to provide Content Creator with personal details?

No personal details are required, only pre-entered details you use to access your AppStore account.

As a subscriber what am I entitled to?

As a monthly subscriber you are entitled to unlimited access to all designs, functionality upgrades and watermark-free images. Full access to schedule and publish options.

How do I add my own social media account?

Once you open up Content Creator, at the bottom of the homepage is a Facebook and Twitter button, simply select which account you would like to add.

Can I use my own camera photos?

You can use existing images from your gallery or you can capture new images and use them.

How do I change the color of my flat background?

Press the 'flat background' button, choose your desired color by using the RGB color wheel or any of the pre-set colors at the bottom of your screen.

How do I set dimensions to suit my chosen image?

You can also crop your image to the appropriate size by selecting predefined dimensions (slide left to right for more options), or by cropping it manually. You may also set your own exact custom size by entering the desired width and height.

How do I change the contrast, brightness and saturation of my image?

Once you have selected your image size, you can edit contrast, brightness and saturation levels by moving the slider (positioned at the bottom of your screen) back and forth.

How do I change the color of my text?

You can select existing colors, color from the color wheel, RGB options or color picker. Press and hold the color picker icon, to activate the magnifier. Move the magnifier around the screen to pick a color you would like to apply to your text.

How do I change the font style and size of my text?

To change your font or text size, activate the box you would like to edit and press the B icon at the left bottom corner of your phone screen.

How do I change the transparency of my text/logo?

Simply select the text template or your logo, at the bottom of the screen (next to the B icon) is a slider. Hold and move back and forth until desired level of transparency is selected.

Can I use more than one text template?

One text template can be used per design. If you save your design and re-open it for further editing, than you can insert a brand new text template. (keeping in mind you won't be able to edit your previously used text template)

How do I keep my text template together when re-positioning?

Press and hold to move the entire template around the screen and position it at the desired location.

How do I add a new text box?

If you wish to enter your own text, press the 'TXT BOX' button, this will add a new text box every time.

Can I use more than one text box?

You may add as many simple text boxes as you like.

Where do I write my social media post?

Before you schedule or publish your design, you will be asked to write your status update. Type the desired text and follow the character counter to be sure you do not exceed the maximum length requested by Twitter, or the optimum size Your Facebook Fans are used to.

How do I insert my company logo?

Press the ‘Insert logo’ button, select one or more images that you would like to add to your finished post. Press and hold to move to a suitable position. Crop, scale and flip to get the perfect size and orientation. Set transparency and press hold to get your logo in the ideal position.

Can I save my work for later?

You can save your design as you work your way through the editing process. Keeping in mind, by saving your design at the end, you will not be able to return to it later. An end save, will merge all the layers into one image.

How do I view, remove or change my scheduled post?

To view your scheduled posts, go back to the application homepage and press the 'view schedule' button.

In order to change the time and date of your scheduled post, go back to the application homepage and press the 'view schedule' button, you can now edit the date and time of your scheduled posts. By selecting this option, you can also edit your post text.

To remove your scheduled posts, go back to the application homepage and press the 'view schedule' button. Confirm by pressing the 'remove' button.

How do I directly publish?

After you have written your social media post, you need to select the desired social media channel you wish to publish to. By pressing the 'next button' you will be prompted to select which account your post will be published to. Confirm by pressing the 'publish' button.

After you have written your social media post, you need to select the desired social media channel you wish to schedule your post to. By pressing the 'next button' you will be prompted to select the account you wish to schedule your post to.

Press the 'schedule' button and select the date and time you wish to have your post published. Confirm by pressing the 'done' button.
